The R&D vacuum glass emulsification reactor — equipped with a thermostatic water bath and vacuum pump — connects laboratory trials to mass production of cosmetics, supporting new formula development, pilot verification and raw-material testing with only hundreds to 2,000 ml of raw material.
Visual vacuum reaction system
- A high-borosilicate transparent glass reactor with a 316L stainless steel sealed lid enables full visual observation of dissolution, dispersion, emulsification, gelation, layering and defoaming.
- The lid integrates a pressure gauge, feeding port, sampling port and cleaning connector.
Dual-drive mixing & homogenizing
- Two independently controlled drives: a low-speed frame agitator for high-viscosity creams and gels plus a side-mounted high-shear homogenizer head for micron-level emulsification.
- Both drives can run separately or synchronously.
Thermostatic water bath & vacuum
- The external thermostatic circulating water bath covers low-temperature cooling, medium-temperature emulsification and high-temperature wax melting, protecting heat-sensitive actives such as vitamins, plant extracts and peptides.
- A dry vacuum pump provides vacuum defoaming and negative-pressure powder and oil feeding.
From lab to production
- Electric lifting bracket, fully detachable tank, stirring paddle and homogenizer head; touch control panel with emergency stop.
- Recorded data — heating curve, homogenization speed and duration, vacuum degree, stirring rate — converts directly into parameters for 50L, 100L and 500L production equipment.
- Also used for pilot verification to predict mass-production defects, formula iteration, custom sample fabrication and raw-material compatibility testing, with GMP-compliant cleanliness.
