Description
The SME high-shear fixed vacuum emulsifying mixer is built for mass-batch production of creams and lotions. A fixed main pot combines a bottom high-shear homogenizer with a two-directional frame agitator and wall scrapers, so the full batch volume is continuously refreshed for uniform, stable emulsions at production scale.

Helicon mixing with PTFE scrapers runs clockwise and counter-clockwise to eliminate dead zones.
