Description
The SINA EKATO automatic tube filling and sealing machine integrates tube feeding, precise filling, heat sealing, circulating cooling and automatic discharging in one modular line. A cam indexer drives six rotating stations simultaneously, and multi-formula storage cuts debugging time dramatically — a dependable core machine for creams, gels and ointments in tubes.
Modular design
Main operation unit, automatic tube-feeding hopper and an independent movable air-cooled chiller.
Gentle, accurate filling
Piston dosing within ±1% with a cutting-type anti-drawing nozzle that prevents dripping.
Reliable sealing
Hot-air module seals aluminum-plastic, full-plastic and pure-aluminum tubes; chilled water sets the fold for a clean finish.
Smart alignment
Photoelectric sensors separate tubes one by one and align the printing mark automatically.
Line integration
Connects with upstream emulsification equipment and downstream cartoning machines.
